Working with industrial and commercial clients we specify suitable cladding materials, structural steel requirements and assist with the refurbishment of existing premises.
Our specifications are aimed at saving the client money, whilst strictly adhering to Building Control and Planning requirements.
The right material specification, suitable to the clients practical business requirements, are a key process in ensuring a smooth transition from design to construction.

We can arrange for full site surveys, with practical building design advice, a written specification of proposed work, realistic estimates, planning assistance, CAD elevation drawings, OS Map, block plan and tender management services.

We supply a written specification to issue to Contractors, to enable clients to retrieve like-for-like quotations, assess suitability of quotes and reduce the risk of a poor Client / Contractor experience.

We are currently undertaking surveys of existing steel framed building structures, roofs and purlins, to assess suitability of Solar / Photovoltaic (PV) Panel Array installations.

We have recently completed projects for clients throughout Wales and England, including projects in Powys, Shropshire, Ceredigion, Herefordshire, Carmarthenshire, Staffordshire, Denbighshire, Bristol, Dorset, Cheshire and Devon.
